This customized solution will allow you to discover Paris in a new light, acting outside of the box: rather than staying in a hotel during your getaway to Paris, why not try a new experience? Sleeping in an apartment, warm cosy and charming, all at a price much more attractive than a traditional hotel.

Specifically, how does it work ?

  • You choose and book the apartment that best suits your profile and your desires from amongst our portfolio directly using our site www.rivegaucherivedroite.com. All our apartments, both our own apartments and those we manage, are tastefully furnished and offer an optimal comfort level. From studios to 3-room apartments – accommodation for 1 to 6 persons.

  • To confirm definitively your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30%. Your deposit payment can be made directly by credit/debit card on our site (refer to the specific conditions in your rental contract), the payments are secure payments and are processed by our bank HSBC. Then, the balance of your holiday payment is payable one month before the arrival date (there is the option to make payment of the balance in cash on arrival).

  • On the day of your arrival (from 4pm or before depending on availability), we will meet you in the apartment. After introducing you to your new home, we give you the keys and pass-on to you all the information that you might need for your stay. We can also collect you from one of the Paris airports, Orly or Roissy Charles de Gaulle (a surcharge is payable).

  • Our apartments are beautifully decorated and fully equipped (towels, sheets, tea towels, crockery, electrical appliances, television and internet connection ... ).

  • During your stay we are of course contactable from 9am to 6pm for any query, large or small: recommended restaurants, theatres, plans for the neighbourhood, taxi numbers ...

  • You can also use one of the host of additional services which we offer (a surcharge is payable): masseur, manicurist, hairdresser to visit your apartment, baby sitting, personal trainer, home chef, oenology (wine and wine making) courses and tasting of fine wines, visit around Paris by bicycle or by 2 horses, discovery of the greatest museums in the capital in a fun and original way, entertainment for your children...

  • Cleaning will be done at the end of your stay (a service included in the price quoted). For all bookings of over one week, we offer a supplementary clean in the middle of your stay. And if you would like it done each day, just ask us as that would be possible (a chargeable service).

  • At the end of your stay, at a time to suit you (before 12 noon), we will come to collect the keys and check the inventory. It then only remains for us to say “have a good journey home” and especially say “see you soon”.

You have two different options :

The "home" option

This offers you the possibility of living like a true Parisian in a totally equipped and furnished, charming apartment.

It is up to you to choose from amongst our apartments: you might want a cosy studio in the heart of Paris, or a duplex with an unrestricted view of the Eiffel Tower or even a loft with an interior patio close to Saint Germain des Prés; you will find your contentment.

In each apartment, we leave a book with our gastronomic favourites, our fetish boutiques and our secret addresses, to enable you to live like a resident of the neighbourhood; the intimate knowledge of where to find the best baguette, the morning croissants, the essential eating establishments of the moment and who are the finest creators around you.

The price quoted includes: the agency fee, tourist taxes, electricity, water, heating, internet, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels), telephone calls to fixed lines (please see the specific conditions relating to each apartment), television, check-in and check-out, final cleaning on departure.

The "hotel" option

You can also opt for one of our 11 residential hotel apartments (USA: apartment hotels) in the centre of Paris. Your accommodation will be in Rue de Rivoli (either with a view across the Jardin des Tuileries or into an interior courtyard) associated with the 4 star hotel Hôtel Saint-James, an authentic Parisian jewel.

You will receive the service of a luxury hotel (access to the swimming pool and to the spa, cleaning every 3 days included in the price, room service and laundry at preferential prices). You can also sample the cuisine of the different restaurants of this charming establishment, all in the heart of one of the interior courtyards the most secret of the capital.
